Every bon bon is handcrafted using premium Belgian couverture chocolate and carefully selected ingredients. As our products are made by hand in small batches, minor variations in appearance, decoration, or colour may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to stock availability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Please ensure all billing, delivery, and contact information provided is accurate to avoid delays.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable shipping fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders are processed upon successful receipt of payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. While we endeavour to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Our chocolates are best enjoyed fresh. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Please refer to any storage instructions included with your order.
